How to Return Your Items
- Start Your Return Online
Log in to your account at irresistibletstyle.com and go to “My Orders” to initiate your return. Follow the steps to generate your return label. - Pack Your Items
Place your items securely in their original packaging, along with the original tags attached. - Send Your Return
Drop off your package at your nearest authorized return location using the provided label.
Refund Process
- Once we receive your return, we’ll process your refund within 5-7 working days.
- Refunds will be issued to your original payment method.
Important Information
- Sale items are eligible for return within 28 days.
- We recommend using tracked shipping for your return, as we cannot be responsible for lost packages.
- Original shipping fees are non-refundable unless the return is due to an error on our part.
Exchanges
We currently do not offer direct exchanges. If you’d like a different size or color, please return your original item and place a new order.
